ITIL® V3 Foundation (english)

With the objective of obtaining the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management participants will gain knowledge of the ITIL® terminology, structure and basic concepts. Additionally, this course will give participants an understanding of core principles of ITIL® practices for Service Management.
ITIL® is a Registered Trade Mark, and a Registered Community Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce, and is Registered in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and is used here by ITSM Partner GmbH under licence from and with the permission of OGC. ITSM Partner GmbH is accredited by EXIN to deliver ITIL® trainings.

Methodik

Lectures, Exercises, Discussions.
All thematic blocks will be accompanied throughout the whole course by revision and exam preparation to develop profound knowledge about the content of the curriculum.
Exam Preparation with Sample Papers is offered on the final day of the course, starting at about 2:00 p.m.
The ITIL Foundation Certification Exam will take place afterwards at about 3:30 p.m. The Exam will be held and evaluated by an independent testing institute, the TÜV Süd Academy.
